Stack Notes
Stack Notes are sticky notes inside Stackly. Use them for campaign plans, meeting notes or a to-do list your team can share.
When to use it
- A bakery writes its festive-week plan: which links to share, on which day.
- An agency keeps a client checklist: logo received, domain set up, report sent.
Create a note
- In the left menu, under Workspace, click Stack Notes.
- Click New note.
- Type a Title (3 to 50 characters) and the Content. Both are required.
- Pick a Note colour. It shows on the card in your list.
- Under Priority, choose Normal, Moderate, Priority or Completed.
- Add Tags if you like.
- Under Tasks, click Add task for each to-do. Tick a task when it's done.
- Under Collaborators, pick team members to share the note with.
- Click Create note.
tip

caution
A deleted note can't be brought back.
Good to know
- How many notes you can keep depends on your plan. Deleting a note frees up space for a new one.
- Each note needs its own title. Two notes can't have the same title.
- Stack Notes have no reminders or due dates.
- If you've connected Slack or Discord in Integrations, your team gets a message when someone creates a note.
