Audit logs
The audit log is a diary of your workspace. It lists each action, such as a link made, a member invited or a domain added, with who did it and when. It helps when several people share one account, like an agency team or a shop with a few staff.
When to use it
- A link changed and you want to know who changed it.
- You want to check what a new team member has been doing.
- You see a sign-in or setting change you don't recognise.
Open the audit log
- Click your name at the bottom of the left menu.
- Click Preferences.
- In the settings menu, click Audit Logs. The page is called Workspace Activity.
Each row shows:
- What happened, with a category badge and a Success or Failed label.
- Who did it (name and email).
- Their browser or device and IP address.
- The date and time.
Filter the list
- Click All Categories.
- Pick a category: Links, Bio Pages, Campaigns, Analytics, Domains, Integrations, Team & Access, Billing, Account or Security.
- To see everything again, click Clear filter.
You can also type in the search box at the top of the page to find a person, email, action or IP address.
See more detail
- Click a row to open it.
- Under Technical Details you'll see the Browser / Device and Hostname. If the action failed, the Error Message is shown too.
Good to know
- The account Owner sees everyone's actions. Other members see only their own.
- Actions are kept for 21 days, then removed.
