Plans, limits and your free trial

Stackly has five plans: Free, Starter, Growth, Pro and Business. Each plan sets how much you can create. For prices and exact numbers, see the Pricing page, or Billing & Plans → Upgrade plan inside the app.

What the limits mean

LimitWhat it counts
LinksShort links you create. Monthly limits reset on your renewal date.
ClicksVisits to your links in each billing cycle. You can buy more with a top-up.
Visiting cardsDigital visiting cards (e-cards).
Event pagesEvent pages you've made. Free includes 2 in total.
Custom domainsYour own domains for short links. Not on Free or Starter.
Team membersPeople in your workspace, including you.
NotesStack Notes.
Data retentionHow many days of analytics stay in your dashboard. Older data moves to an archive. See data retention.

Business has custom limits. Click Talk to sales on the plans page.

Features that need a plan

  • UTM Builder: Starter and above.
  • Campaigns, Leads, Brand Deals and hiding Stackly branding: Growth and above. The menu shows a Pro tag on these until you upgrade.
  • Integrations (Google Sheets, Slack, Discord) and downloading archived data: Growth and above.
  • API keys: not on Free or Starter.

Your free trial

Every new account starts on Free with a 7-day trial. The plan chip at the top of the screen shows Trial Active and the days left.

When the 7 days end and you're still on Free:

  • You can't create new short links, bulk links, event pages or personal links.
  • Everything you already made keeps working: links still open, event pages stay online and personal links still work.
  • The chip changes to Trial Expired. Click it to upgrade.

Upgrade to any paid plan to start creating again. See billing and plans.

Event pages on Free

Free includes 2 event pages in total. Deleting one doesn't give the slot back. For example, a yoga studio that makes 2 events and deletes one still can't make a third without upgrading. On paid plans, deleting an event frees its slot.

See your usage

  • Dashboard: the Plan usage box shows this month. Use the arrows to see earlier months.
  • Billing & Plans: the Usage section shows each limit with how much is left.

Good to know

  • If a paid plan ends without renewal, the chip shows your plan name with Expired, and you can't create new items until you renew.
  • At 100% of a limit you'll see Limit reached. Upgrade, or for clicks, buy a top-up.
