A tour of your dashboard
After you sign in, you land on Dashboard: your home page with shortcuts, plan usage and recent activity. The menu on the left takes you to everything else.
The home dashboard
- Greeting and shortcuts: New link, New e-card and New note open the create form straight away.
- Plan usage: what you've used this month for links, custom domains, e-cards, notes and team seats. Use the arrows to see earlier months, and This month to come back.
- Creation activity: a calendar of the days you created things, with your Current streak and Longest streak. Filter by Links, Cards, Notes, Domains or Team.
- Your plan: your plan name and trial or renewal status, with Upgrade to Pro or Manage subscription.
- Go further: quick links to Analytics, Integrations and the free Chrome extension.
The left menu

- A small Pro or Starter tag means that item needs a higher plan. See plans and limits.
- Click a group name to fold it away. Stackly remembers your choice.
- Until you verify your email, the menu is locked. See create your account.
The account menu
Click your name at the bottom of the left menu.
- Preferences: your profile and settings. See your profile.
- Billing & Plans: see billing and plans.
- Team Members: see team members.
- Help & Docs: opens this help center.
- Copy Email: copies your sign-in email.
- Log Out: signs you out.
Your photo at the top right opens a similar menu with Settings, Billing, Team, Analytics and Log out.
The top bar
- Search: filters the list on the page you're on, such as your links or notes. Press Ctrl + K (⌘ + K on a Mac) to jump to it.
- Plan chip: shows Trial Active with the days left, Free Plan, your plan name with days left, or Trial Expired. Click it to open billing.
- Bell: live click alerts (link, country and device) while Stackly is open. Click Clear all to empty the list.
- Sun / moon: switches between light and dark mode.
Use it on a phone
- Tap the menu icon at the top left to open the left menu.
- Tap the magnifier icon to search.
- Tap your photo at the top right for the account menu.
Good to know
- The plan chip shortens to "5d left" on small screens.
- Click alerts aren't saved. They clear when you close or refresh the page.
