Analytics
The Analytics page shows clicks and visitors across everything you share: links and visiting cards (vCards). In the left menu, under Insights, click Analytics.
The summary cards
- Total clicks: every click, with how many happened today.
- Unique visitors: different people, counted by their internet address (IP). One person clicking three times is three clicks but one visitor.
- Last 7 days: clicks this week, and the change against the 7 days before.
- Countries: how many countries your clicks came from.
- Items clicked: how many of your links and cards got clicks, plus how many UTM sources.
If you are the workspace owner, the filter at the top switches between All Items (the whole team) and My Items (only yours). Click the refresh icon to reload.

Example: read your week

- Last 7 days shows 840 clicks, ▲ 30% vs the week before. The sale is working.
- Unique visitors is 610, so some people came back more than once.
- On Advanced, Browsers & apps shows most visits came from the WhatsApp and Instagram apps.
- On Geography, City Distribution shows Pune first and Mumbai second, so she plans delivery to Mumbai.
- On Overview, Performance Analysis shows Sunday is her best day, so she posts the next offer on Saturday night.
Export your data
- To download every click as a file, go to Reports and click Export (CSV or JSON).
- To send links and clicks to Google Sheets, connect it in Integrations.
How long data is kept
Each plan keeps your analytics for a set number of days. When your plan has a limit, a note at the top says "Showing the last … days". Every night, older clicks move to an archive, where they stay for 60 days and are then deleted. Click the note, or see Data retention, to check your plan's window and download archived data.
Good to know
- On the Free plan, the top lists show up to 10 items. You'll see Upgrade to view complete analytics.
- For one campaign's results, use the campaign's own Analytics page.
