Digital visiting cards
A digital visiting card (vCard) is a small web page about you or your business, at a link like yourname.stackly.in. People can call, WhatsApp or email you in one tap and save you to their phone contacts.
When to use it
- A real estate agent shares a card instead of a paper visiting card.
- A café puts its card QR on the counter, with WhatsApp, map and menu links.
- A creator adds a Brand Deals button so brands can send sponsorship requests.
Create a card
- In the left menu, click Visiting Card.
- Click Create vCard (or Create Your First vCard).
- Go through the steps on the left. Click Next Step to move on. The Live Preview shows your card as you go.

- Click Publish Card.
What people see
- Your photo, name, title, company and bio
- Tap-to-contact rows: phone, Chat on WhatsApp, email, location and website
- Your links, promo cards and social icons under Follow
- A bar with Share, QR Code and Save. Save downloads a contact file (.vcf) that adds you to their phone contacts.
- If Brand Deals is on, a Work with your name form for sponsorship requests. These go to Brand Deals.
Share, edit and manage your card
Each card in the list has:
- buttons to copy the link, open the live card and share it
- a QR code to Download or Share (flip the card to see it)
- a view count, and an on/off switch. When it's off, the card doesn't open.
- Pin to top and Turn on visit alerts
- a menu with Edit, Send, Move to Collection and Delete
To change a card, click Edit, make your changes, then click Save Changes.
Good to know
- The number of cards depends on your plan. Check Billing for your exact limit.
- Deleting a card frees up a slot.
- The Stackly watermark shows on Free and Starter. Upgrade to Growth or higher to remove it. Growth+
- Photos must be under 5 MB.
Troubleshooting
- "You have reached your vCard limit" → Delete a card you don't use or upgrade your plan.
- The handle is taken → Try a different Subdomain Handle / Slug.
- Custom domain card doesn't open → Add the wildcard DNS record shown in the form.
