Event pages
An event page is one short link, like stackly.in/event/diwali-tasting-k7x2. It opens a page with the date, a countdown, a sign-up form, Add to calendar, a map for venues and share buttons.
When to use it
- A bakery in Pune shares its Diwali tasting on WhatsApp.
- A yoga studio runs a workshop with 20 spots and a waitlist.
- An agency sends the webinar's Zoom link only to people who register.
Create an event page
- In the left menu, under Grow, click Event Pages, then New event.
- Cover: click the picture button to upload a JPG, PNG or WebP (under 5 MB). Or click the link button, paste an image link (an Unsplash page works) and click Use.
- Type the Event name.
- Pick Start and End. Moving the start moves the end too, so the length stays the same.
- Click the time zone box to change it. Search any time zone by city, country or offset, such as
GMT+5:30. - Click Add event location and type one of these:
- a venue address (guests get an Open in Maps link)
- a Google Maps link (guests see the place on a map)
- a Zoom, Meet, Teams or YouTube link (guests get it after they register)
- Click Add description.
- Click Theme and pick one of 17 themes in Simple, Bold, Celebrate, Nature and Pattern (or click shuffle). Then pick a Color and a title Font.
- In the top-right menu, choose Public or Private.
- Set the Event options below, then click Create event page.
Event options

Public events are listed on Discover and can show up in Google. Private events are unlisted: only people with the link can see them and register.
For approvals and the waitlist, see Manage event guests.
Find your events
- Switch between Upcoming and Past, or use Search events.
- Rows show the date, place, how many are going, and labels like Off, Private, pending or Full.
- On plans with a limit, you see X of N used next to New event.
Manage an event
Click an event to open its tabs:
- Overview: Invite on WhatsApp, Copy event link, QR code (Download PNG), Edit event, Change photo, and share to WhatsApp, Facebook, X or LinkedIn.
- Guests: your guest list.
- Insights: page views for the past 7 or 30 days, registrations, and visitors by city, device and browser.
- More: Clone event (copies everything except guests), change the Event link, Embed a register button for your website, and Delete event.
Changing the event link breaks the old one. Deleting an event removes the page, its link and the guest list, and can't be undone. Guests stay in your CRM leads.
Turn an event off
Use the Live / Off switch at the top of the event. While it's Off, the link shows "Your event isn't open right now", new RSVPs are closed and the event is hidden from Discover. Guests who already registered keep their spot.
Get found on Discover
stackly.in/discover lists upcoming events that are Public and Live, by category, such as Food & Drink or Fitness & Wellness. Pick a Category so yours shows in the right place.
Good to know
- Free plan: 2 event pages in total. Deleting one doesn't free a slot.
- When a free trial ends, a banner says Your free trial has ended. Existing events keep working, but you need a paid plan to create new ones.
- The event link works for 30 days after the event ends.
Troubleshooting
- New event is greyed out → You've hit your plan's limit or your trial ended. Click Upgrade plan.
- No map on the page → Use a Google Maps link as the location.
- Not on Discover → Check the event is Public, Live and hasn't ended.
