Manage your links
The Links page lists every short link with its clicks and status. Each link has a row of quick actions on the right.
Find a link
- List or grid: click the list or grid icon next to New link. Stackly remembers your choice.
- Search: type in Search at the top of the page (Ctrl + K, or ⌘ + K on a Mac). It matches the back-half, title and destination.
- Status filters: All, Active, Paused, Pinned, Expired, and Near limit (only shown when a link is close to its click limit). Each shows a count.
- Everyone's / Mine: account owners can switch between all the team's links and only their own.
Filters only check links already loaded. Scroll to load more, or click Clear filters.
Work with a link

| Pause or resume | Flip the switch in the Status column. Paused links show Paused and stop opening. |
| Pin to the top | Click the pin icon. Find pinned links with the Pinned filter. |
| Click alerts | Click the bell icon to turn alerts on or off. |
| Edit | Click the pencil icon, change things, then click Save changes. |
| QR code | Click the QR icon. See QR codes. |
| Send by email | ⋯ → Send by email. |
| Share stats with a client | ⋯ → Share click report. See client report link. |
| Collections | ⋯ → Move to collection or Remove from collection. |
Copy, open, pin, alerts and QR only work while the link is active.
Change the back-half
- Click the pencil icon on the link.
- Change the Short link field (and anything else you like).
- Click Save changes.
The old link and any printed QR code stop working straight away.
Delete a link
- Click ⋯ → Delete.
- Click Delete to confirm.
Deleting can't be undone.
See clicks
The Clicks column shows total clicks, and the click limit if the link has one (for example 820 / 1,000). For charts by country, device and source, open Analytics or Reports in the left menu. See analytics.
Click limits and top-ups
Your plan gives each link a click limit. When a link has less than 10% of its clicks left:
- A "… is going viral" banner appears at the top, and the link shows Going viral · N clicks left.
- At the limit, the link shows Limit reached, redirects stopped and visitors see a "limit reached" page.
To add clicks:
- Click Top up this link in the banner, Top up on the link, or ⋯ → Add more clicks.
- In Boost your clicks, choose a booster and the links (or vCards) that get the clicks.
- Check your name, email and mobile, then click Request top-up.
No payment now: our team emails an invoice, then switches on the clicks.
If your free trial has ended
You'll see Your free trial has ended at the top, and New link is greyed out. Your existing links keep working and you can still manage them. Click Upgrade plan to create new links.
Good to know
- You can't change a link's destination. Create a new link instead.
- Pausing keeps the link and its stats. Flip the switch back on to resume.
