Reports

The Reports page lists every click, one row each, with the time, city, country, device and browser. Filter it, then download it for your records or for a client.

In the left menu, under Insights, click Reports. You can also click Reports at the top of the Analytics page.

When to use it​

  • An agency needs a spreadsheet of last month's clicks for one client's link.
  • A shop owner wants to check exactly when and from which city a QR code was scanned.

Filter the clicks​

  1. Pick Links or vCards (visiting cards).
  2. Pick a date range: Today, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days or This Month. For other dates, click the date button, choose a start and end day, then click Apply.
  3. To see one link only, type its back-half (the part after the slash) in Filter by key, for example blog-link. Click the x to clear it.

The cards at the top sum up your choice: Clicks (with unique visitors), Links clicked, Top country and Top device.

Each row shows Resource / URL, Clicks, Device, Browser, City, Country and Timestamp. On a wider screen you also see Operating System, State / Region, Timezone, IP Address and User Agent (the visitor's browser details). Switch between table and card view with the view buttons.

Download a report​

  1. Click Export.
  2. Pick the dates in the calendar. You can choose up to 3 months back.
  3. Under Export File Format, pick CSV (opens in Excel or Google Sheets) or JSON.
  4. Click Download Report.

The file downloads to your device. The Links or vCards choice on the page decides which report you get.

Reports for each client​

There is no separate client folder on this page. To keep clients apart:

  • Use Filter by key to show one client's link, then Export.
  • Give a client a live page instead of a file: use Share click report on a link, or Share report on a campaign. See Share a report with a client.

Good to know​

  • On the Free plan you see only the latest 10 clicks. Upgrade to see every click and export.
  • Reports are not emailed or scheduled. Download them when you need them.
  • Older clicks may have moved to your archive, depending on your plan. See Data retention.

Troubleshooting​

  • The file is empty → There were no clicks in those dates. Try a wider range or switch between Links and vCards.
  • I can't pick an older date → The export goes back 3 months. For older clicks, check your archive.
