Shorten many links at once

Have a list of product pages or blog posts? The Bulk tab makes up to 25 short links at once. Example: a clothing shop shortening every item in its new collection for an Instagram story series.

  1. In the left menu, click Links.
  2. Click New link.
  3. At the top right of the form, click Bulk.
  4. In Destination URLs, paste your links, one per line or separated by commas.
  5. Click Add to list. Your links appear below as N URLs ready. Click the bin icon to remove one.
  6. Optional: pick a Domain.
  7. Type a Title. Each link gets a number added: "Summer drop-1", "Summer drop-2" and so on.
  8. Optional: add Tags and open More options for notes, security, targeting or UTM tags. They apply to every link in the batch.
  9. Click Create N links.

You're taken back to the Links page, where the new links appear.

Good to know

  • You need 2 to 25 links per batch. Each one must start with https:// or http://.
  • Duplicates and broken addresses are skipped, with a warning.
  • You can't choose the back-halves in bulk. Stackly makes them for you, and they're longer than normal ones. If you want a nice back-half like /summer-sale, create that link on the Single tab, or edit it afterwards.
  • The same UTM tags are added to every link in the batch.
  • Each link counts toward your plan's link total. If you don't have enough left for the whole batch, nothing is created and you'll see a message.
  • On the Free plan, the Bulk tab shows a lock and Upgrade to Starter.

Troubleshooting

  • "Add at least 2 URLs to create links in bulk" → Add another link, or use the Single tab for one.
  • "You don't have enough limit left…" → Remove some links from the list, or upgrade your plan.
  • An error appears when I click Create → Make sure you clicked Add to list after pasting, and that Title is filled in.
