What visitors see

Most of the time, a visitor taps your link and lands on your page straight away. When something stops the link, Stackly shows a short, friendly page instead. Use this guide when a customer says "your link isn't working".

Good to know

  • Stackly checks in this order: domain, link exists, click limit, paused, expired, blocked, device, country, browser, then password. The visitor sees the first problem it finds.
  • To test your link like a visitor, open it in a private browser window.

Troubleshooting

  • A customer abroad can't open it → Check the Country rule under Targeting.
  • It works on my laptop but not their phone → Check the Operating system and Browser rules.
  • It worked last week and now says expired → Links without an end date you picked expire 15 days after creation. Edit the link and set a new date.
