Integrations
Send link updates to the apps your team already uses. For example, a shop can post a Slack message each time someone makes a new link, or keep every link and click in a Google Sheet.
What you can connect

| Google Sheets | Adds a row to a sheet for each new link. It can also add clicks and visiting card leads. |

Cards marked Coming Soon (Custom Webhooks, Zapier, Make and Notion & Airtable) aren't ready yet.
Connect Slack or Discord Growth+
- In the left menu, under Workspace, click Integrations.
- On the card, click Connect Slack or Connect Discord.
- Click Proceed to Authorize and allow Stackly in the window that opens.
- For Discord, choose your server and click Select Server.
- Step 1 of 3: pick the channel for alerts.
- Step 2 of 3: choose which alerts to send. For Short Links, vCards, Notes, Screenshots and SEO Updates, turn Create, Update or Delete on or off. Then click Save & Continue to Test.
- Step 3 of 3: click Send Test Message to check it works.
To change the channel later, click Configure Channels. For Discord, Change Server lets you pick another server.
Connect Google Sheets Growth+
- On the Google Sheets card, click Connect Google Sheets.
- Sign in with your Google account and allow access.
- Click Create New Sheet, pick a sheet From Drive, or paste a sheet link under Custom URL.
- Turn on what to sync: Auto-Sync Newly Created Links, Auto-Sync Real-Time Link Clicks or Auto-Sync Digital vCard Leads.
- Click Save Settings.
Click Send Test Row to check the sheet, or Sync All Links to add the links you already have.
Disconnect an integration
- On the integration's card, click Disconnect.
- Confirm if asked. Alerts or syncing stop straight away.
Good to know
- Integrations are on Growth and higher plans. On Free and Starter, the page asks you to upgrade.
- Only the account owner can connect, change or disconnect integrations. Other members see (Owner Only) on the button.
- You can send up to 5 test messages an hour.
